Payment Policies: Summer - 2 nights rent due within 10 days of booking. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Winter - $500 per week booked due within ten days of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Summer - If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per reservaion. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, guest forfeits all monies received.
Winter - If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per reservation. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, guest forfeits all monies received.
